Tasting Notes

Brewing Notes

Use 1/2 to 1 TBSP of herbs per cup. Steep, covered, in 212°F (boiled) water for 7-10 min. Proper steeping allows herbs to release nutrients. May be re-steeped up to 3 times for additional cups. One ounce of herbs can prepare approximately 12-24 cups.

Simple, Relaxing, Delicious

The ritual of brewing is therapeutic in itself which adds to the enjoyment of sipping this tea. The flavor is warm, not spicy, and reminds me of chamomile, it's delicious! This is instantly one of my favorite teas.
