For thousands of years we’ve used plants and flowers for their healing gifts. It’s a wondrous fact that the only reason we’re able to live at all on this planet is because of plants and flowers, namely, because of their singular ability to transform light into biological energy we (and other animals) can use. Plants and flowers hold deep, ancient wisdom. They can help us heal in so many other beautiful ways – emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual – if we’re open to it.

Everything is energy, expressing itself. Including us! We feel this phenomenon within us, as us, in myriad ways. Sometimes it feels good, sometimes it feels bad! Our lives are a series of energetic adaptations that begin even before our birth. Often, these adaptations become unconscious or habitual patterns that outlive their usefulness. Maybe they were once needed and helpful for our physical or psychic safety, but now, they block our Soul's evolution, and block our highest purpose.

Flower essences work at the emotional, mental, and spiritual levels by introducing the body to the energetic properties of select plants and flowers. When our energy body is infused with the healing frequencies appropriate for us, this helps move us into smoother energetic coherence – an edifying, life-affirming synergy and balance with life. This process can often affect the physical body as well.

In my repertory, I have access to a wide spectrum of flower essences (currently more than 200). When we work together, I select the best combination of flowers for your unique situation by inviting your Guides and mine, by using my intuition, and by referring to 40+ years of documented research and case histories of these flower essences.

The process begins with an online questionnaire followed by a one-hour session (over the phone, or video zoom, your choice!). We'll discuss what’s most pressing for you right now. But we’ll also allow the conversation to go where it needs to help secure the flowers that will help the most at this time.

Often this will include looking at long-standing challenges you’ve had, old wounds or trauma, as well as, what you dream of and what makes you feel most alive! All of this helps to see which adaptations and patterns are in play, especially those which are no longer useful.

With this information, I’ll work with the flowers to find the combination that is calling out for you. I’ll formulate it and ship it to you with directions for dosing. And then in about 2-3 weeks, I’ll check-in via email to see how you’re doing. (And you can email me with questions any time!)
