This essential oil really is calming. The scent is light and pleasant. I was actually asked (by someone at a store) what perfume I was wearing. I told her all about the product and where to buy it. I carry the bottle with me whenever my anxiety strikes knowing help is on the way when I need it.
I have greatly benefitted from using this roll on Aromatherapy, it has a very calming and pleasant scent, that helps me get through the stresses of my Day. It's easy to carry and use, and I highly recommend it.
