How It Works (Herbs In This Blend)

St. John's Wort (reduce insomnia); Lemon Balm Leaf (calming, relieve anxiety); Catnip Leaf (restful sleep); Chamomile Flower (relaxation, sleepiness); Passionflower (boosts GABA; analgesic); Valerian Root (mild sedative); Hops Flower (synergy with Valerian); Lavender Flower (soothing, mood stabilizer); Skullcap (relaxant) – ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ORGANIC

Tasting Notes

clean, clear, slightly sweet, slightly bitter

Brewing Notes

Use 1/2 to 1 TBSP of herbs per cup. Steep, covered, in 212°F (boiled) water for 7-10 min. Proper steeping allows herbs to release nutrients. May be re-steeped up to 3 times for additional cups. One ounce of herbs can prepare approximately 12-24 cups.
