• Grain alcohol is used in this blend for your safety, as a preservative to prevent microbial growth
• 1-3 years expiration based on how oils are used and stored; best storage is in a cool, dim or dark place. For your protection, expiration dates on the Aromatherapy Flower Essence Blend roll-ons are at the 2-year mark.
Directions for Flower Essence Blend: Shake, then take 4 drops on tongue or in water 4x/day.
Alternatively, place drops on the skin at pulse points, add them to baths, or spray/mist your body.

According to general guidelines based on traditional aromatherapy practice, a 2-5% dilution is suggested for daily use according to the Tisserand Institute. Should you require a 2% dilution, please let us know and allow up to 2 weeks to receive your custom blend. Tisserand Institute recommends a minimum of 120 proof grain alcohol for preserving and also preventing microbial growth. We use a 190 proof. The alcohol also kills microbes on the surface and is important when using a rollerball application throughout the day.
