It was a magical moment when I found this book: a precious, perfect partner to When You Love A Cat. Just like that book, it's poignant and endearing. And a sob-fest of comfort, understanding, and...what can I say...just plain warm-fuzzy love. I'm so grateful that there are people who love cats like we do, who are also writers and illustrators, who can shape such simple words and lines to express and process our feelings of profound love, gratitude, and loss.

This book brought tears to my eyes but so did the care and compassion I felt from the folks at Love and Above Cat Club when I received it in the mail. I received a hand written note with a small gift. The book was obviously packaged very carefully in tissue paper with custom stickers. I was blown away by the presentation and didn't want to ruin it all by opening it. I plan to purchase extra copies of this book in the future share with friends and family when they unfortunately have a loved one cross that rainbow bridge.
